Sealed Sword Chapter 3: Late Arrival
Walkthrough
This chapter is quite long lengthways and the castle is awkwardly shaped, a common theme with most castles in Elibe. However that cannot stop us,
we need to save the man of action himself; Hector.
There are a lot of soldiers and knights littering this chapter, this means your sword users won't see much use. Alan and Lance are your main crew, have them charge on ahead
with javelins equipped to deal with the pesky soldiers who attack from range. The rest of your team should follow suit. Have Marcus visit the village to pick up a Mend staff
and continue on up through the castle.
There is another village in the north-west that we can visit, when you visit it we recruit the young mage Lugh. There are three enemies around the village so you can send almost anybody up there to deal with them.
My choice is Bors. He's too slow to keep up with the rest of your group that is storming the castle so this is perfect. Send him down the western side, there is no chance of him dying to the enemies, and have him recruit Lugh.
On turn 4 the throne room opens up and we finally see who the boss is. Another Knight, that's not too much trouble. What comes with him however are Cavalier reinforcements from the eastern side.
These will rush towards your position, so be prepared for them, stay out of range till you can rush them, or leave somebody in range who you know can deal with them.
Once the Cavaliers have been defeated, there's only two things left to do, send somebody south to kill the Knights that reside around the chest area. Then have Chad open the chests, we recieve some Gold and a Halberd for our troubles.
Next is to defeat the fighters around the throne, I let Roy kill these off and then go for the boss.
