Credits: Memento Mori

When a unit stands three spaces or less away from the leader, or is the leader themself, a certain bonus to hit and avoid is granted. This advantage increases by the number of stars viewable in the leader's profile. Note that enemy leaders also grant this skill to their own armies.

1 star- No bonus.
2 Stars- +10%
3 Stars- +20%
4 Stars- +30%
