Pretty much yes. I used to end up being Medic a lot when I used to play. Ubi Concordia Ibi Victoria was the first achievement I got. Granted, it was on my friend's account.
As for the background, I intended for for lighting to be around sunset. I think that the warm colors versus the cooler colors of her uniform might be good.
