1. Do you still recruit Noah later on if you don't recruit him in in the Prologue? I kinda want to bum rush that chapter and see if I can get the gaiden (Ch7x) 2. Has the gaiden requirements for that said chapter 7x been fixed? It's completely finicky and doesn't always work. (or maybe your site's info is incorrect)
Yeah, you can still get Noah back if you got him during Siegs story.
I know I can. I'm just asking if I can get him later on without getting him in Sieg's story. The less time wasted getting to him the better to get the gaiden chapter.

Ch21's main problem is the fact it has a cluster**** of enemies in such a small map. And they all move. (Okay, not all of them moved, that's just an exaggeration, but the vast majority of them did) At least Ch25 was well spread out. and half of them moved, or less.
It's the hardest chapter in the game considering your units levels at the time as well as the part of the game it's at. Some of your units may still be unpromoted. At least in Ch25, everyone you bring is promoted.
And IMO, you NEED the money in this game. Leopold isn't worth sacrificing the money you get AND the best weapon in the game for flyers.
As for Storm and Arthur, they have the Rath curse from FE7. Except Arthur is even worse off because his growths don't make up for his lackluster bases. And speaking of Haas, I completely forgot about him. I think he's still better off than Lyam is though because at least he gains EXP.
