Ok, so first of all, do you have GBAGE (GBA Graphics Editor)? You're gonna need that. You'll also need some kind of hex editor viewer (I use HxD).

Pretty sure they're listed in this link:

http://serenesforest...showtopic=26913

What you want to do is make a file that lines up your map sprites to fit into GBAGE when you insert. For standing sprites its 3 frames that are either 16x16, or 16x32 (32 pixels high, NOT wide, to clarify). For moving sprites, its a long line of 15 frames (4 for down run, 4 for side run, 4 for up run, then 3 for the select animation when your cursor scrolls over/what shows up in the character window) that are 32x32 each.

Link from before:

Use the images of lyns sprite in the spoiler tags as reference (must be in the correct order top to bottom, and the actual sprite should be lined up at the very bottom of its 32x32 frame). Soo, theres more to explain, but just start out with this for now, unfortunately I've gotta go for a while. Post more questions for when I get back :D.
