Heheh sorry about that, I usually take the initiative and make these topics but you know, so busy and all. thanks for doing it
So yeah, 25th Anniversary! That's kind of crazy. Fire Emblem is older than I am. Heck, it's super old: one of the earlier Nintendo series. I mean not super super old but it's older than a lot of other games. I feel like FE is so niche that it often doesn't get appreciated as a classic, especially since it never came over here until freaking FE7 for GBA.
That aside, the concert sounds awesome! I hope we get to see/hear something out of it, though I have a feeling we might not. Obviously it's not practical for most of us to go, but it's still awesome it's happening.
The TCG Fire Emblem thing looks really cool--I'm mainly attracted by the art, honestly. The art seems awesome. This isn't the first time Fire Emblem had a trading card game, to my knowledge. I'm interested in seeing how this is going to pan out on a bigger scale (is it going to be pretty basic or are they trying to expand this into a bigger trading card game phenomenon of sorts--not on like, Yugioh level ofc, but something with a solid fanbase). It'd be nice if we got it over here too, but NoA is so like... hesitant about these things. They don't want to put into the effort or whatever.
And of course, I'm excited for both FEif and SMTxFE. Can't help it, I'm kind of easy to excite, especially when it comes to RPGs lol.
EDIT:
I love how the Maribelle card is in a completely different style than all the other cards.
Oh man you're right, now that I look at it, it does stick out a bit. Those eyes. The real question is, of course, "why?", lol
