Insert one where? Can you give us more detail? Are you trying to put a banner at the top on a forum of yours or something? If so this would be best in some other forum I'd think, maybe Tech or General, Site Discussion is for discussion about this site not Website Design or anything.

I'm not familiar with Forumer so I can't say so I can't really help you, I dunno if somebody else could. Sorry I've just never used Forumer or heard of it. :\

His forums is Invision because I could just put an Admin.php after it... but I don't know what version it is.

Frankly, I'm too lazy right now to check how it exactly works, but it should be something that has to do with images. Very vague, I know, but it should help you get on track.
And inserting it requires you to use HTML.
