Hey guys, I need your help with something, it's something I did on Gamefaqs a few years back but I think all the posts have been deleted.

This is self explanatory, You all rate the Character of the Day on a scale 1-10, but this series will have the ratings separated in four categories: Main Game, Postgame, Characterization, and Personal.

Main Game-This will address how well the character performs and contributes in the main story campaign. Postgame-This will tackle how much usefulness characters have in the postgame/DLC content. Be it through being an active unit, supporting unit, or how good a parent the character can be for the 2nd gen. (This only applies to Fe:8) Characterization-This will be how much you liked the character in the supports or story. Personal- This category will be how how was YOUR experience with the character, like getting RNG Blessed or Screwed, the recruitment chapter they had, etc.

Seriously man, fix your days

Day 15: Rutger
Main Game: 9/10. One sign the developers forgot to balance the game well. Hard Mode Rutger is the scariest thing alive. Won't die, hits hard, defeats bosses. Not much else needs to be said. Late game, he'll want more defence, but that's a pittance of effort compared to how much he saves you.
Characterization: 1/10. This guy...has a personality? First I heard.
Personal: 7/10. That 30% strength is amazing for me.

Day 15: Lyn
Main Game: 5/10. Right up the middle of the road. That high experience she gets in her levels makes it easier to lower her into the more difficult chapters, where not everybody seems to be defaulted to wielding axes. She is great and will likely do a lot of hard work with by far the best weapon in the game, but her strength sometimes prevents her from doing ORKOs, a problem when you're exposing a valuable unit like a lord so.
Characterization: 5/10. Kind if what I need from Fire Emblem for characters...she has a couple interesting scenes (end of Hector's route, her dealings on Port of Badon), but seems to be fairly flat for the most part. Unfortunately, she ends up being the 3rd wheel lord and this hurts her a lot as a character.
Personal: 5/10. Wow. Lazy writing or just honesty? Either way, I haven't found her outstanding or notable compared to what I expect. Though her + killer weapons are always fun.

Day 15: Forde
Main Game: 8/10. Your speed cavalier at work. That movement is primarily the reason. Nice balanced states are cool, but he has great cavalier supports, great movement, and will pull hard to help the game the more you use him.
Characterization: 3/10. The best part of his personality is really revealed at the end of the game. Not much to see, unfortunately.
Personal: 3/10. Ugh. I love trying to get him and Kyle to work, but neither ever click for my team.

Day 15: Rutger
Main Game: 7. He's pretty damn useful, gets HM bonuses, and comes early enough to boot. You're probably going to end up using him most runs, unless his str/def growths screw you. Which they can.
Characterization: 3/10. I think the Karel support is the only one where he shows anything past his 'Revenge and silence'.
Personal: 7. HM bonuses are nice, and he's solid, apart from the few times he got rng'd on str/def and had to use alternatives.

Day 15: Lyn
Main Game: 6. For a forced character, you could do worse. Defence issues are always there, and the promotion is a bit meh (lol, bows). Strength isn't great either, and the cap of 24 isn't all that probable to be reached, so she sort of hits endgame being unable to kill herself. I guess that could make bows more viable. Mani Katti is also a great weapon for that early-mid game.
Characterization: 6. Lyn's mode gives some, and then she's kinda left on the boat for the rest of the game. Her supports don't add either, although the Wallace one is alright.
Personal: 8. She's useful with that Mani Katti, she doesn't suffer the heaven seal locking out, and at least her stats allow her to hit. Also, her animations are pretty cool.

Day 15: Forde
Main Game: 7. He's not Seth, but he's probably the next best Paladin, with all the benefits of that job. Mainly moving far. He's not outstanding anywhere, but serviceable. All of his supports are high-movement characters, oddly enough, so he can keep the bonuses without sacrificing ground, which is kinda neat, I guess.
Characterization: 6. Hey man, he paints! And sometimes, you get to find out why! Other than that, it's nothing massive, he's a bit sleepy, and flirty. So uh, Treck/Sain. Somehow.
Personal: 6. Jack of all trades, master of getting the bench.
