Here's an update for 1~4, but I'll also tell you what's going on with my units after 8x:
Bors is a sack of shit, Dieck is god (He hit 20 off the boss of 8x), and Roy was totally RNG blessed.
Clarine is coming along well, Wendy is Wendy, and Barth is still the only good Knight.
Noah is passable.

Standard fair! Roy gets sent to the cliff chokepoint to take out the dudes coming down, and Bors 2turns the fighter and then books it to the village before the bandit goes and destroys it(Meanwhile, the three horse-douches cower in the corner). Most of the XP goes to roy, and he gets amazing stat rolls. Bors, however, is a sack of shit. Boss Kill goes to Roy.

I wish.
Sent everyone to the north except Bors and Roy. Marcus picks up the Armor Slayer from the village to pass off to Dieck after every enemy in the way is slam-jam'd on. Roy again gets the majority of the EXP and the boss kill. Bors actually nabs a nearly passable level-up!

Easy enough chapter.
Rescued all the scrub foot-soldiers with my mounted fails and had them cower in the corner whilst Roy and Dieck took out the dicks to the right (and those in the castle) whilst Bors trecks north with his shitty move, takes out the archer and soldiers outside along with some asshole javelin throwers inside, and recruits Lugh only to run back inside and deal with the knights guarding the treasure after Dieck and Roy shitstomp everything else. Marcus did some vulnerary ferrying and visited that one house as well. Boss Kill went to Roy yet again. Bors is terrible, btw.

I think this chapter gave me cancer the first time I played it.
This chapter is where Bors actually did some work, and wasn't entirely shit. Who woulda thought! Dieck got send south to kill every Pirate that spawned, and Roy and Bors stood strong against a tide of cavis. Clarine also came around, and Rutger got smacked to the ground by Roy for the exp.
