Hey guys, I need your help with something, it's something I did on Gamefaqs a few years back but I think all the posts have been deleted.

This is self explanatory, You all rate the Character of the Day on a scale 1-10, but this series will have the ratings separated in four categories: Main Game, Postgame, Characterization, and Personal.

QUOTE
Main Game-This will address how well the character performs and contributes in the main story campaign.

Postgame-This will tackle how much usefulness characters have in the postgame/DLC content. Be it through being an active unit, supporting unit, or how good a parent the character can be for the 2nd gen. (This only applies to Fe:8)

Characterization-This will be how much you liked the character in the supports or story.

Personal- This category will be how how was YOUR experience with the character, like getting RNG Blessed or Screwed, the recruitment chapter they had, etc.

Here we go again people, another day, 0 dollars. What do we have in store for you today?

First up today is Lot, the speed and skill* to Wards brawn. Lot is the faster of the two fighters and is fighting for his little sister who lives on the western isles. A truly noble endeavour.

Next up is crit master Guy, one of three swordmasters you can recruit in Fe7, and the best. Shy and reserved, our young myrmidon is nothing like that on the battlefield, maxing speed and skill like it's nobodies business.

Finally we have Lute, the mage prodigy herself, and boy does she live up to the name, crushing her enemies left, right and center. She can solo the game if given the opportunity.

*No skill or speed involved

Fe:6
Day 11: Lot
Main Game: 4
A decent tank. I've never liked fighters, but Lot reminds me of a dismounted Lowen. He takes a similar job, but the lack of mobility hurts a lot. Not to mention my dislike of axes.

Characterization: 1
...Personality?

Personal: 5
He does his job, but that job has been so limited that I can't say much on him. 5 is almost a default value.

Fe:7
Day 11: Guy
Main Game: 6
The Killing Edge helps out a lot. Besides that though, he's all out offence and relies on luck based attacks to get the heavy damage out. That speed is a huge boon, but you'll be relying heavily on his skill or a critical boosting weapon to really lay down damage. Hector Hard Mode is a different story, where he can be much better.

Characterization: 6
He's actually quite an interesting story. Kind of tragic in his single paired support, but overall interesting to read.

Personal: 6
I must admit I love swordmasters. They're by far my favourite class. Guy gets a lot of support from me and he generally reaps some benefits of my favouritism.

Fe:8
Day 11: Lute
Main Game: 9
You know, this would be a different story if enemies could even dodge on occasion. Or have any semblance of speed. Lute's low skill is a non-factor, making her a doubling, high output machine. In a game where Bishops rule, she can dominate as a Sage. Enemies without good resistance will die to a promoted Lute easily while those with good resistance merely take another turn. It's kind of crazy how out of control she is.

Characterization: 4
I like eccentric girls. Lute is one of them...though she's not really given all that much detail. The above is a composite score of the two.

Personal: 7
How can you put a score on a game breaker? The only notable thing she's done outside of expectations is max everything except defence on one playthrough.
