Hey guys, I need your help with something, it's something I did on Gamefaqs a few years back but I think all the posts have been deleted.

This is self explanatory, You all rate the Character of the Day on a scale 1-10, but this series will have the ratings separated in four categories: Main Game, Postgame, Characterization, and Personal.

Main Game-This will address how well the character performs and contributes in the main story campaign. Postgame-This will tackle how much usefulness characters have in the postgame/DLC content. Be it through being an active unit, supporting unit, or how good a parent the character can be for the 2nd gen. (This only applies to Fe:8) Characterization-This will be how much you liked the character in the supports or story. Personal- This category will be how how was YOUR experience with the character, like getting RNG Blessed or Screwed, the recruitment chapter they had, etc.

Here we go again people, another day, 0 dollars. What do we have in store for you today?

We have the blue haired wonderbolt Thany who comes flying into Fe:6 in chapter 2. Saddled with bright eyes and a flying horse she wanders off in search of battle wherever she can find it. Bringing buckets of speed and skill she can murder enemies in one round if given the chance. Sadly she forgot her shield and her magic resistant socks on this fine day so her defences are on the weaker side.

Flash-backing 20 years or so we get Matthew, the daring, calm and sometimes rude thief. He carries us early game stealing everything he can from anyone he can. Having hacked his way into Lyn mode he has probably stolen some early levels on other people and sets him up in good stead. He will steal your hearts like he did mine.

Switching continent we have the crybaby herself. Pink haired Neimi may have the emotions of a loose cannon, but she's got the growths of a cannon on steroids. Watch her shoot her way to victory every time the moment she gets past lv.5. It doesn't matter if you're a Ranger or a Sniper if you're already Queen of the known Universe

Main Game: 7
The only thing stopping her from being a wrecking machine is that massive fragility issue. She works a lot like a prototype Florina and plays as a flawed version of her successor. And we all know how amazing our bisexual purple knight is. Thany is a light cavalry: she flanks, stabs weak enemies and gives you advantage from selective killing, and gets out as needed.

Characterization: 2
I honestly remember very little about her, other than she's cheerful and is part of Roy's large harem.

Personal: 7
35% looks a lot bigger than it should to me. She honestly does a great job because of it.

Main Game: 5
It's so tough to measure thieves. If you go by efficiency and ranked games, he's a godsend. However, if you're just doing a military "all survivors" scenario, he's pretty limited in his role and is lost to Jaffar later.

Characterization: 6
He has one of the most interesting supports from FE7. I remember reading his A support with Jaffar a few times just to make sure I caught all the nuances in it (as well as my own inferences after the end of it). It's a well written support. The rest of it is a little bland, but that one really stands out for me.

Personal: 3
He doesn't even hit consistently on harder modes. What the heck, Matthew?

Day 9: Neimi
Main Game: 5
I generally have a thing against archers. Neimi is no different. She's all risk/reward as the Ranger class is pretty effective, but she needs to run through many levels in a weaker class and with poor starting stats to get there.

Characterization: 3
Does she do anything BUT cry? I honestly can't remember her doing anything else.

Personal: 6
A bit of a soft spot here for me. That defence and her training is petty limiting, but it's always fun to have a mobile force...also, she was the first unit I ever had who maxed literally everything, so there's that.
