It's not Shu's fault, it's the requester's "fault" for not specifying. I could always be wrong, but, consider TE is a site and the banner is for the site I am inclined to think that the banner's purpose is to serve as a header for the site, in which case it needs to (unfortunately) be redone to be made larger.
If that case is true, I just want to let Shu know that I feel really bad for him.

I would have to agree. I thought of that, but I assumed he just wanted a sig to use, and was going to put a link in the image that goes to a forum, because he didn't say that it should be larger XD.
