Hey guys, I need your help with something, it's something I did on Gamefaqs a few years back but I think all the posts have been deleted.
This is self explanatory, You all rate the Character of the Day on a scale 1-10, but this series will have the ratings separated in four categories: Main Game, Postgame, Characterization, and Personal.
Main Game-This will address how well the character performs and contributes in the main story campaign.
Postgame-This will tackle how much usefulness characters have in the postgame/DLC content. Be it through being an active unit, supporting unit, or how good a parent the character can be for the 2nd gen. (This only applies to Fe:8)
Characterization-This will be how much you liked the character in the supports or story.
Personal- This category will be how how was YOUR experience with the character, like getting RNG Blessed or Screwed, the recruitment chapter they had, etc.

Fe:6
Day 4: Lance
Main Game: 7
Good early game character with late game viability. Mobility, weapon triangle...it's hard to say that they're ever bad. Lance's stats make him a great source of double strikes early, but can keep up late.
Characterization: 2
Not much more than the bare minimums in character.
Personal: 5
Hit and miss. Either he's great, or a failure for me. I've seen him max 4 stats once, then not go over 20 in any.
Fe:7
Day 4: Rebecca
Main Game: 4
Archers get a rough ride. 2-3 range lock with no guarantee of being attacked and only foot movement really hurts. Rebecca is no different...she has the potential stats to be amazing, but her class weighs heavily on her. Might as well go mage...I don't deven
Characterization: 5
Short amount of characterization, but the lengthy back story makes up for it. She also has a bit of a temper, which is quite interesting (see: Sain, Wil).
Personal: 7
Until I decided that I would consider the 1-2 range actually important (for tactics stats reasons), I actually found out that she ended up amazing. Maxed way more than she should have.
Fe:8
Day 4: Gilliam
Main Game: 4
Oddly, balancing Oswin to effectively be statistically reasonable seems to have made him difficult for use. I can't remember him being a great unit outside of use for walling.
Characterization: 2
Calm, poised, stoic. That's about all I can remember about him.
Personal: 5
He serves his use.

Day 4: Lance
Main Game: 7/10. Great paladin with good starting speed, but Alan usually ends up superior. Still awesome though.
Characterization: 2/10. Same as Alan. No lines..
Personal: 8/10. Occasionally strength screwed but usually ends up decent.
Fe:7
Day 4: Rebecca
Main Game: 4/10. Bleh, archers. She gets some good stats but...archer.
Characterization: 6/10. Has some back story with characters you'd never guess (Wil, Dart)
Personal: 8/10. The only times I've actually used her she's capped strength, skill and speed.
Fe:8
Day 4: Gilliam
Main Game: 4/10. Can be a wall early game but isn't going to be growing fast. Not being over-leveled like Oswin really makes his earlygame tankiness a lot worse (Gilliam takes significant damage from enemies). Also, early game axe enemies, as per every FE ever.
Characterization: 4/10. Standard knight. Does shine through with some supports though (Garcia).
Personal: 7/10. Usually ends up capping what he needs to cap whenever I use him.
