So I was browsing through the Immortal Sword forum when I stumbled upon this awesome little tool: http://forums.bwdyet...p?showtopic=403

When you load PNGs or BMPs it will sample the colors and give you some RGBs, I haven't tried it yet but you seem to be able to copy the hex of the colors. You can also load portraits into it and change the colors as well
