Axel and his many other accounts (most recently "Newbie") have all been banned. Sorry about the delay in doing this. Thanks to Mikki for doing the right thing and using the report button which was one of the first things I checked when I went onto the forum (yes, mods actually DO use that feature, or at least I've used it plenty, and other people e-mailed me and such, which are also viable options of contact, so thank you to those people too).
The reason why he got banned is... well, I'll keep it simple, he got banned for having multiple accounts. That in itself is enough of a reason to get banned, so there's no point in going over everything else he did, but I'm sorry that people suffered by him.

He used them a little bit but most of them were already banned
It's my fault for not checking the IP, I tend to just ban suspicious members like that rather quickly but I failed to check for the same IP, now he's IP banned so if he comes back it's going to be a pain in the ass for him to do soand for his sake I hope he gets a life and finds something better to do
