My first post here!
Well , what I need is simple , just a face sprite and mugs to my
Currently-Progressed FE Parody game.
I have a picture for you to be based on.
I'll even give you a little background about the characters! :

Iftah Krazner
A host in the very popular and well known KidsTV channel in Israel.
He is a singer and specialized in telling Bad , boring jokes.
I will concentrate on the bad jokes part as he will tell jokes during the storyline,
which will seem to bore the others.
He is known as "Ifty" (Yi-fti)

Class: Haven't thought of one yet. Maybe a dancer , as he "Refresh" people with his jokes.
He even might be the protagonist of the story!

Weapon:
Microphone 30/30 - A 2~2 ranged weapon.
BazookaJoe's Jokes 45/45 - A jokes based on the most popular gum around Israel,
Bazooka. In each gum there is a joke wrapped around it , most of them , suck.
Effective against Calvary , Armour , and bows.

Like for an example this next Support Conversation between him and ???:
Ifty: Hey ???! You just gotta hear that new joke I made up!
???: Oh man Ifty not again!
Ifty: Dont worry , I'm telling ya' , this one will knock you down!
???: Just finish with it...
Ifty: Why did the chicken cross the road?
???: I'll bite. Why?
Ifty: TO GET TO THE OTHER SIDE! HAHAHAHAHAHA
???: You are seriously retarded Ifty.

That was a Very good example for his kind of jokes.

Here is another example of a Recruitment Conversation between him and ???:
Ifty: Hey , you! Stop!
???: What is it?
Ifty: You just gotta hear this joke!
???: What? Huh? Who are you?
Ifty: ...... So then the cow said to the Bartender "No , I don't like Carrots!"
HAHAHAHAHAHA! Damn , I rock!
???: That was the 43rd joke you just told me.. If I'll join you and your team ,
will you stop telling those horrible jokes? I don't think that i'll survive the next one!
Ifty: Sure , and don't worry , I have lots'a more jokes with me!
???: Oh shit...!

Hm? I only see one portrait/face sprite/mug (all the same thing) that you want done. Which is going to be really hard because it's hard to make real people into FE-style characters and it is super rare that it happens. At least I can't do it, maybe someone else will try and do it.

Well the fact is, it is just very hard to take a picture of a person and make them into a Fire Emblem style character. Like in FE nobody really has that style of hair or a collar like that or anything. I seriously don't know anybody who can do such a thing but you could try getting help at FEUniverse, FE New Dawn (affiliate at the bottom), FEPlanet, or somewhere else...

Blazer's right, it's REALLY hard to make portraits of real people in the FE style. However, you could ask someone over at FEND (New Dawn, linked in Blazer's post). I mean, Merc and Anonym might be able to manage something, maybe The Blind Archer could as well. Look around, you may find the right person for the job.
