Some of the buttons such as "Sticky" "New posts" and "Quote" are no longer showing up on my iPod, and both computers (at different houses) I don't know if it's apocament being all buggy, or if somethings up, but I thought I would bring attention to it.

Neither do I. What browser do you use? I use Google Chrome, and everything checks out on my end.

Yeah, It's just an IE problem. I usually use chrome, but this computer and my dads computer dont have chrome (my parents prefer IE because old people hate change 
)

Try firefox. Firefox and chrome are practically the same thing, they just take turns being targeted for viruses. If you're paranoid try to switch to the less popular one of the moment.

I use IE, not Chrome, and Firefox didn't change much.

I know, but IE is notoriously bad for web-browsing. It's quite unsafe and the most frequently targeted by virus makers. Both firefox and chrome are faster and more dependable and safer.

That's a valid question. I'm using Apocament, but it works fine for me. I would suggest you try different themes until it works. I'm really not sure what the problem is, sorry.
