I'm going to vote for the second one as well, but to be honest, none of them are very good. You didn't put parts in the right place (like, it's off by a few pixels), forgot shading where necessary, etc.

I'm gonna be totally honest, take this however you want. If you think I'm being too harsh, suck it up, you'll never get better without criticism, especially if you don't follow it.
None of them are good. You lack consistent shading, you lack proper colour patterns, the outlines are screwy, placement is terrible for most objects you're way over the colour limit, etc. I've noticed that usually all you do is copy and paste a piece and call it a day. You need to edit the pieces, custom parts on to these pieces, make them fit together nicely, readjust shading where needed, etc. Look over official sprites and try to mimic them. Or if need be, look at sprites done by The Blind Archer, The Merc, Uther33, Mage Knight 404 and myself to see what the shading is SUPPOSED to look like, as well as placement. Only through listening to constructive criticism and referencing the actual style will you get better, so I hope you take this to heart and learn from what I've said.
