We need more activity and its eh. FE12 didn't spark enough, nobody is hacking much anymore, or spriting, the old games are used up, and I don't have 3 hours to kill on AIM and forums anymore, so any OTHER ideas?

Ehh, really, there aren't many things to keep the activity up. Or atleast, very unlikely. As everyone said, there is nothing to discuss for the older FE's , FE12 is only japanese so not everyone knows enough about it to discuss and hacking.. well, it got old. Ok maybe not old but surely not interesting enough for people anymore. And the stuff we can do with nightmare is only limited, everything else is considered too hard for people.
So yeah.. I really don't think we can get the activity up.

As Kiara mentioned, and speaking from experience, there is absolutely nothing that can really be done to foster posting. You can imagine and try to implement hundreds of measures to do something about it, and, in the end, you'll maybe get a brief glimmer of light, followed by darkness. If people aren't motivated to post, then they likely have a reason for it. Trying to force people to post if they really don't have anything to say doesn't really go anywhere.
Basically, you just have to stick it out and hope it gets better in time. If not, then you've done all you can.

Although a small reminder could help.
All you can really hope for is some new super awesome ASM hack.
Or a new (as in new not a remake) FE game that has some new stuff.
