My vote goes to Mangstream because it is exceptionally quick, quality, and even has a twitter account and iPhone app. XD
Also, it includes the 3 mangas I am reading, One Piece, Naruto, and Fairy Tail.
Mangahelpers is great for helping others with manga, other releases, spoilers, some discussion (there can be a lot of nub comments at times), etc., so that has my vote for 2nd best/favorite manga site.

Anyone can submit to mangahelpers, so
Mangastream actually scanlates the manga itself... and Bleach is more popular than Fairy Tale and is the 3rd top manga. ._. I'm pretty sure you know that though
I used to like Onemanga.com but they have ad problems a lot and Mangastream doesn't let other sites post their manga so Onemanga has to wait for another scanlator group to scanlate it before they can update. But I used Onemanga a ton for a while and it pwns Mangastream aside from the manga that Mangastream/Binktopia scanlates.

I use Mangatraders. You have to make an account and download the volumes there, but I don't mind that.
In fact I use some scans from there to make chapter videos of a manga series I know of. Sounds pointless, but it's a good way to make simple videos and a good way to advertise the manga itself.

Probably not, but they are hacking out a lot of mainstream manga because they are "liscensed". That really doesn't affect me though. I tend to stray away from mainstream manga because they all end up sucking after they've been strung out way too long. (i.e. Naruto, Bleach, Death Note, etc.)
I use mangafox still, and they only lost the mainstream manga that I never read (okay, I read Naruto up til that retarded 2 year time lapse, aka the start of Shippuuden, and I'm still reading Bleach, praying for the day it dies). They took out Bakuman though so sadface on that.
Yeah, it's legit.
