This thread is for discussing the two games or asking advice and posting your teams if you want. Currently my party is:

Ninetails lvl 30 <-- So pretty ^__^
Magneton lvl 30 <-- Tank
Persian lvl 30 <-- Meow
Crobat lvl 31 <-- Fastest
Gyarados(red) lvl 32 <-- My "OH SHIT RUN" Pokemon
Meganium lvl 33 <-- Solar beam ftw

No I do not have wifi so don't ask me to battle you.

Arcanine > Ninetails (Ninetails IS pretty though, that's right xD)
Not a big fan of Red Gyarados, HM Slave ftw for that

Persian? Seriously? Do the 4th generation moves make Persian good or something?

And starter can't go wrong so nothing about that, although I prefer Totodile

You don't always want to play with the best party, you sort of want a team like. And if that means having a Spinda, so be it.

Ampharos, Golem, Typhlosion, Crobat, Gyarados (No Not the Red one, i completely forgot about the red one and trained a normal magikarp from the beginning D: )
and poliwag/Sandshrew as HM Slaves

Like bblues said I have the party I have because I like them. And Persian is actually good when I face ghosts and psychic because he knows shadow ball and bite. He also has iron tail if he needs to lay the smack down. Ampharos may be better but my magneton is a tank with his high def and steel type reducing most attacks. Also you can't get growlithe in silver.

My team is:

Tyranitar= lvl 61
Typhlosion= lvl 61
Feraligatr= lvl 61
Luxray= lvl 61
Staraptor= lvl 61
Scisor=61

It was really hard keeping them in the same lvl. I just leveled up in Elite four.

I forgot to mention Scisor. Whoops. Though once im done with the game, im gonna save this within Action replay, start a new one with cheats and see which one is better.
