First of all, we've got a new affiliate, Fire Emblem Brigade, who's owner is none other than the Birdy King Destran! (Correct me if I got the title wrong, Destran)

I suppose while I'm at it, I did re-add the link to Fire Emblem New Dawn a while ago, I just never said anything because they were already an affiliate on FESF 4.

Second matter of business, I've released a new skin, the FEShrine skin! Although plain and quite neutral, it's going to be our default skin, and the point is to show a little red (because of the mainsite) and to make new visitors see the forum as less boring (seeing a completely default skin to start with is rather degrading, no?).

That's it for now, FYI the site layout is still being worked on and will be worked on for a long time considering I have to create over a 100 pages before it's finished.

Would you mind setting the width of the forum equal to the width of the banner? That would make it look even better for sure.

Aww, I like the board having a big width... it looks cool IMO... oh well, I'll change it...

And how is it bright? unless the red and and white is too bright, I didn't use neon colors or lime green and hot pink, xD those + yellow = the worst

It's too bright for me cause.. Well ya know, I prefer black. Black > brighter colors. I mean, it's not like it hurts my eyes, but yeah.

Oh, I see. Well that's fine, I thought you meant too bright as in hurt your eyes.

That's what all the different skins are for 'course, I was just announcing that the choice is out there, not forcing people to use it xP (it's such a simple skin anyway...).

I prefer black too but I think the IPB version of the forum looks a lot more professional which is why I'm using this and probably will continue to use this for a week or so, but after that I will probably go back to Apocament because Red+Black = ultra-mega-win.'

Ahaha, yeah, agreed. It's a nice skin and all, just not my colors, ya know? I actually think it looks really nice, I might switch to it when I'm in a better mood..

Yep, I catch your drift, I just didn't want you to get the wrong impression that you HAD to use it so I cleared it up. xP It's a default skin anyway, default skins are teh lamez.

Not always xD Hmm.... *Switches to it* I think I like it. Too much darkness >_> Perhaps some lighter colors will put me in a better mood..
