Hey, so here's all I got for you at the moment.


Current version of my selfmug. I might change the hair to actually resemble me sometime.


Not so great... Mug of one of my good friends.





Above two mugs have no purpose.


This was my first mug... I'm not even going to bother making it good, I poster it for lols.


First battler. It looked a lot better on graph paper.


I then converted it to FE style...


...and then screwed around with it. This is one of my favorite things that I ever sprited.

Hahahah, you've got some interesting stuff there!

You're sprites aren't great yet, first I would recommend working on choosing good colors and stuff and learning the basics of spriting. Then try splicing people together (taking multiple people's sprites, ripping off parts, and putting them together to make a new portrait) until you succeed. I hope I'm not offending you, you seem like a great artist, just Fire Emblem has some things you need to know, like how different games use different types of colors, how sprite shading works, etc.

It's been a long time since I've seen a Sonic the Hedgehog fan (I'm assuming you are one due to Tails, or at least you're a Tails fan).

I totally respect you though because of that SPAMMAH HAMMAH

What Blazer said about the spriting.

My favorite so far is teh druid with the axe coming out of his sleeve. Imagine in FE7:
Kishuna: Haha! You mages cannot hurt me!
Canas: ORLY? *Axe flies out of sleeve and cleaves Kishuna in half*

That'd make for a really interesting assassin type unit... someone who can use dark magic and chuck axes at you

For splicing, try to use more "parts" so it slowly becomes a new on-oh crap blazer already said it lol.

Oh, OK, I understand that too, but you aren't even bad, you can draw bodies, I have a hard time drawing decent stick figures without erasing

The shadow around the feet, namely and mainly the bottom part, is a little bit too much. There should really just be a 1px shadow outline around the feet, that should suffice.

The shirt shading is also kinda bland, could use some more colors (it looks like one color ATM, if there ARE multiple colors, then I would add more contrast to them).

Everything else is pretty good, the actual shape is nice and I like the pose.

By "more colors" I know you didn't mean "leather jacket", but oh well. I'm trying for a better original as well as a perfect jacketed version.

Well? The jacket isn't the best, as it's pretty tricky to work with on this pose, but oh well. Besides that, I think I did pretty good on it.

and why is his outline so dark?

That's the color pallet. I forgot to remove it. Oh well

Idk about the outline; didn't seem too dark to me. *goes to fix*

It's okay but has a few problems that I don't want to spend time elaborating on (sorry >_>).

The desktop "vortex" is cool but is bland in terms of shinyness, it lacks luster. The design itself is tight though.
