Okay, so here is my tutorial on parser editing. First, download the attachment and put a copy of the rom inside. Name it fe7e. Then open the file named alltext.txt and make whatever changes you want. Now, open the file called cmd.exe and type in make alltext.txt. Now open the rom and the changes will be made. Don't put in too much additional text unless you know the code for adding lines, though.

Sorry but this tutorial is too small and needs more work, also it's only for FE7, also you attached the parser but you didn't make it, give credit, call it by it's right title (Dark Twilkitri, the creator, said he'd appreciate it if it were called the Text Editing Suite, not the 'parser'), or get permission with it, and there's one more thing.
It's not in-depth enough, you didn't go over the other files, how to use the .ips file, you mispelled "make alltext.txt", and most importantly the codes used in the text, and the offsets, and how to find things, things like Ctrl+F, [NL][K], etc., so this will need a TON more work before it's accepted as a legit tutorial, sorry.

Signature thanks to Shu.
