1337 means leet, something like pro I think.
Anyway @Rexstatic: Matthew is a good unit, great help and has the thief abillities. He is also good as an assasin, while some prefer Legault, I honestly think Matthew is better especially seeing how you can use him earlier and all. He can fight with decent damage and of course, epic speed. But that is normal with a thief xD
Ninian/Nils are a great help as to save a character maybe or kill the enemy which had a chance of killing you back. Like when you get rng screwed with berserker/swordmaster with 70% crit and you didn't crit twice leaving the enemy alive and able to kill you. And they are pretty good dodgers, you can also use a glitch with Ninian's Grace and those "dances/songs" .
Florina is pretty hard to train but turns out very good, although with the weakness against arrows it is pretty hard to fight sometimes. But she is very good and has great mobillity.
Kent/Sain/Lowen well, they are the same a bit and they can be very usefull at the beginning, when you get them atleast. I prefer Sain over Kent and Lowen but it doesn't matter much, they will turn out pretty good most of the time. Normally I don't go with paladins so I couldn't care less.
Priscilla, I thought it is obvious, a troubadour, decent joining time and great mobillity. Pretty good magic as well and at promotion can use Anima magic I believe

Hector is epic win, although I personally hate him and think he is overrated, he IS good, that I can't deny. Very good str and defence. Although his speed might suffer sometimes it wouldn't make much of a difference , especially when he promotes with more defence and str
. You can always take an Iron Axe and he should be able to double, most of the time atleast when he is higher. And with his str it should be fine.

Oswin has very good defence and str like Hector and barely gets damaged, only thing to watch out for is mages but really, even that shouldn't be much of a trouble. So he is just very good and belongs to god tier.
Unlike Hector, I don't hate Oswin xD
Raven, I have to agree with you there, he is a good unit overall but without arena abuse it will take a while before he turns out good. This does not mean he should go wayyy down, one tier down is good enough.
And where is Guy? He should be in either 1337 or the tier under it. Great speed and skill, pretty good str and epic dodge. Especially when he promotes those 3 will go up so high. And you also get him at like chapter.. 2 or 3 from eliwood mode. I believe 3 (so chapter 11 is 1st, 12 is 2nd, 13 is 3rd) .
