Also, bow users can't attack close up. Unlike in MK404's hack...

That doesn't make a difference against swordSLAYERS. Against swordreavers, it works, but swordslayers actually have effective damage against myrmidons, swordmasters, mercs, and heroes.

Mhm....I remember that, on the chapter with Zephiel in FE7. When you open the first door, there's a fighter with a swordreaver, and he'd always do a lot of damage against usually Karel, sometimes Harken. xD

There aren't very many of either, though. Also, I think that's because the ratio of units who are on horseback to swordslayable is pretty high. You can easily make an entire team of horseback units that are all among the better units in the game, but if you want to make a team of swordslayable units, your choices are Ross, Garcia, Joshua, Gerik, and Marisa. Generally, Ross goes zerker (this appears to be the general consensus right now), Garcia won't really be used after he even would promote since he's being outclassed by other units, and Marisa's just almost as bad as trainees. So really, a swordslayer enemy will probably only be choosing between Gerik and Joshua, while a horseslayer enemy has like, Seth, Duessel, the cavaliers, L'arachel, maybe Lute, and maybe Natasha that could all easily be there for him to attack. If Gerik goes with the horsies, he's a lot less likely to be attacked by each individual horseslayer, so I'd say it basically averages out.
