For Roy, the collar on the mug looks awkwardly placed.
For the Assassin guy's mug, his face has problem. Basically the mouth and the nose is way too big compared to most faces of his size and it should be moved to the right (OPV) it's way to close to the left (OPV) part of the face.
Also thieve mugs usually don't have shoulder pads.
The battle sprites look nice though.

Wait.. for the assassin... those are the dodge frames? That would look akward wouldn't it? Though placement could make it smoother, the dodge using the same frames as returning to standing frames just doesn't look right in my head ._.

Mugs are out of my hands so there really isn't anything I can do there.
