@Lucius - It needs some work, as the face and body are at unnatural angles, and the face has several shading issues... the neck also needs some work as right now it looks like burned scar tissue bleh.
@SoC - It's good too, except the neck is way too thin xD

Hmm... The monicle doesn't cover all of the eye at least too me, the other eye looks off due to the bang being so close to the eye.
Looks good otherwise.

@Nercoyival(Seems like the name of sleeping pills. XD) - Good, it seems good. The entries of the border seem slightly weird, the border color seems to come out of nowhere, none of the 3 games, and also his neck seems SLIGHTLY big. Other than that amazing work, his expression has that "Sain playa" attitude. XD
@Lily - I revewed her already, didn't I? I will keep it short then. Good mix, fabulous hair, and great structure. A great work. I don't agree with FElover there, though, the neck seems natural, it is only covered with hair.
@Rene - Heh, I love the concept of an archer who needs glasses. XD Great, he has a true gentleman aura. His eyes are very small and without much shading around them, but that may be the effect you were aiming for, no? Good one.
@Pinpin' Raptory - Pinpin'. Seriously. XD The position is natural, colors are amazing, every rule I know about Pokemon spriting was respected, and all shadings are perfect. Really, I could see that in any Pokemon game, alongside with any official nintendo work.
Lucius, do splices with some level of customing count? My mugs are either too simple of too involve custom stuff. >.>
Marco. Lloyd + Germe + Someone for the eyes? + Aoshi(From Rurouni Kenshin).

Ah, you have good eyes! You are right, yeah. 
Amazing how someone as serious as Eliwood can create someone with such a playful look, no? 
And yup, you're right again. XD But Marco is too cool for black hair. He was my attempt at a mug who deserved Llyoid's sprite, but didn't use his coat. ...and Aoshi's coat was the best one avaliable for the splice.

Well, the new one has the problems that old one did (bad shading near clothes, odd head/body ratio, etc.)

why are you only using Geitz's hair color only. Also, you're using odler Eliwood's clothing. so really, you're just splicing Ray Lloyd and older Eliwood.

I used Geitz's neck and edited it to fit. Also, this is the format i used 2nd. Deleted the first

Ok, about your image, dude, the Guru photoshop told me some tips for you to insert it correctly.
First, all moths should be fixed, either "moved inside their squares" by two pixels to the right, or 6 to the left.(AKA, delete two pixels on the right, and move all them to ocupy that, or "delete" 6 pixels on the left and fill the rest with what should be there.)
About your minimug, the ideal would be if it is aligned to the eyes in that example. As it is now it doesn't work but moving it two pixels right would make it work already.
Oh, and a detail to notice, that I should hammer into anyone's head until they get it(And I am sure you know this already, but...), that if it has more than 16 colors(Including the background) it WON'T work. ...and sometimes we end up leaving some rogue skin pixels when we splice, put that into consideration.
And a good hacking day for you too!

Oh, and random anime comment here.. In anime, just like in real life, up to a certain point in life, men and women share similar traits. All kids tend to have roundish faces, while when the grow a man's one tends to get sharper. Also, later on males get more manly eyes, so... A child's eyes are closer to a female's, and the short hair does nothing but to give him more emphasis in the eyes and a more androgenous look.
