My friend left his partner, and is moving in with me. He's staying a few months, maybe a year, not by force, by choice. Thoughts? comments? Questions as to why I am telling you?

1.) Not really asking, just informing you of what's goin' on in my life a bit. I mean, don't get me wrong, your input matters to me, if you were to give it.
2.) Long story.

That would be odd if it happened to me.
Question: Why's he moving in with you? Did he lose the house or something?

No, he still has the house. He's moving in with me because he's been wanting to for a while, I guess. I dunno why exactly, but he asked, and I said sure.

That doesn't really help him, though... At least it's good to know you're on his side
I think it's good that you're allowing a friend to live with you in times of need. However, I'm curious as to why he has to move in with you (so why did he break up and all that stuff?)...

Best of luck with that situation, Miah. I have no words that would help but just.. erm... be you when he is around?
New MSN, ask for it.

Tino: I didn't want to post here why he broke up, but as long as the members here promise not to whine at me about it.
@ Suzaku: I'm glad to hear it man.
Now, the reasoning for the breakup...
I was bringing a load of wood to my friend's house, because he was too busy to cut his own, and it's calling for snow around here. Well, his daughter, Amelia, started to help me take it to his porch. We took most of it off, and there was a bit of wood left, and Amy went to pick some up, when she was already holding too much for her to carry. I said that I would get the rest, so she walked away with what she had. I picked up what was left, and followed her. Her Step-Mom(The partner) Started yelling at her for no reason at all. She said "You're so stupid damnit. Why don't you pick up more so you don't have to take so many trips?!" And, well, as I said, she had more than enough. But the rant continued. I watched silently. Amy got sick of it, and cussed her out. Then Beverly, his partner, starting screaming for him, obviously trying to get her in trouble, when she knows that Amy is very much allowed to swear. So, I walked up, and she said "Did you hear her?! She cursed at me!" And tried to persuade me to hit Amy. I said "I heard her." And then she continued to attempt to get me to hit Amy for it. I said "You want someone hit? Okay." And hit Beverly in the face. Well, Tom got pissed off at her for trying to get someone to hit his kid. He wouldn't hit her for committing murder, let alone let someone else. So he left her.

That was indeed quite confusing, but a couple of read-throughs gave enough of an understanding. I'm quite sorry about that, but what's done is past, and hopefully it'll have a minimal affect on the future so that we may continue on~
