Also you should add more than one reference picture so that we get a better idea.
Also doing mugs based off of references and making them good is EXTREMELY hard so I would think of another back-up idea for a portrait if I were you. I doubt many of the people on this forum have the skill to do it. Maybe Zanryu who isn't active and Rexstatic who I haven't seen lately.

^^Sorry Hazuki, I haven't seen you post very much and because you change names a ton it's hard to keep up with you, Rexstatic changes a lot too but I remember him because i know he is the one who criticizes the TU Game and when I ask for clarification he doesn't clarify. :\
