It'd be much easier if you told me what you want it to look like and what portraits to use in the splice, there are too many things with it that are wrong and some things would be easier to fix by starting from the original stuff rather than try and fix. Like the shading in the armor was pretty much taken out, it'd be easier to just take the original armor w/ the shading and recolor that.
