I never played Resident Evil 5, but if it's the same Albert Wesker as the other Resident Evils, then yeah, he's pretty badass. I mean, no like he's the main villain of a series of games or anything like that. xD

Moving the topic back to Langrisser, the "Empire" wasn't an evil faction, just an alternate one, the only thing Leon did which could be considered evil is kidnapping Liana(?) at the begining and that was more a request then a kidnapping anyway.
He attacked a whole bunch of Kalzas allied outposts, so what? Everyone in that team goes around killing people, plus in war everyone is fair game, I assume by what you're saying you've only played the Light Path, I always went with the empire path since Imelda = <3
Either way depending on the path you play things change, if you played the dark path, then even their actions aren't neccessarily evil, sure they end mankind but their objective is not to simply destroy the world but to usher in a age of monsters :/
