I'm sort of wondering why Axel didn't post anything earlier when he was online, or is this competition going to wait precisely down to the second to close or something? (Already an hours+ late but anyway~)

I was arguing this three years ago when I actually cared enough to be a regular here(and on other FE forums) but I really don't like the poll system >_< A preferential system (1~# and the scores get tallied up at the end) would be so much more encouraging then the current system since outstanding entries tend to leave the other entries with no votes, which can be a bit disheartening if it happens too often.

At the very least a multi-choice poll where you can pick the ones you like would make me happier then the "choose the best one" approach.

Seeing as it's been a week full of work submissions are closed. I'll even make the poll if need be.

Ed's submission: I'm iffy. Even with the submission progress being show, I still question it as it's fairly obvious customing to a fair degree occurred. Although, this should /probably/ be what everyone aimed for in a splicing contest, the making something completely unique or close to it, rather than making it so strongly resemble the original three characters of the set.

Tsuki, I do agree with you that the general poll voting is flawed, so would you propose we initiated the system you created a few years ago? *goes to look for that*

He said how he did the custom work. So I don't think there is a problem.
Also, there is bbc, so you can type probably instead of /probably/ nub

Essentially it was a point based system where a person votes;
1st: 3 points
2nd: 2 points
3rd: 1 point
And then the total is tallied up at the end.

But seeing as people are lazy, I've started to think that a multi-selection system would be easier, where people vote yay/nay for a splice. And then the one with the most approvals wins. That way there'll be more then one vote per person, and make everything look a bit more... competitive?

Only problem with this one is that if you still get no votes.... it'd be heart crushing xD That, and there's a higher possibility of a tie.

I'm pretty sure Ed(?) Hatless will win this one, but with either of the above voting systems things might have gone differently seeing as there's a few that seem to really dislike Tantrum How can you people resist the cuteness?
