A minor (and kind of awesome update):

Someone at work told me they went to a Barnes and Noble, looked up my name, and saw my book was out of stock. That means two things: 1: I missed the (more than likely) brief moment of my book being on an actual shelf, and 2: every copy sold!

I have no idea how many were actually ordered by B&N, but who cares? That's still cool!

That would explain the high price...I guess it needs to be printed again. AWESOME.

And in other news-- I'm selling off my last 4 personal copies. These were "reserved" for people but they either backed out or haven't talked to me about it since. If you'd like one from me, just use my still-active ebay links on the front page!

If I had money, I'd tots buy one. Despite that I already have a copy. You know, give the old one to a library or something. Or I could just collect your book. biggrin.gif

From what I remember, he wrote what is now the third book first, and then went back and wrote the first and is a fair ways into the second.

Okay this sounds like a big deal now. This sounds absolutely epic. I'm getting chills just thinking about it. I WANT TO READ THIS BOOK!!!

Seriously dude Bobryk, I want to write a book too. So we have got to talk about this. We might be best friends.

...I know, this is starting to sound a little creepy. But yeah, let's talk. *gets ready to PM*

Holy crap. Lots of posts to reply to!

@Ecto haha, word. I'd never make someone buy two copies though tongue.gif

@Shu Rujio's pretty much right. There will be three more books. I'm working on getting the second out as we speak. Once that one's done, the third should be out relatively soon after (it only needs about 25,000 more words or so), and the fourth will be whenever I get around to it.

@Blazer Thanks! And no, that's not creepy tongue.gif. *goes to pm*

Blazer, you just don't sleep and get the majority of your writing done during breaks. After all, a lot of writers seem to be at their most creative in the wee hours of the morning.

Really? I can't think straight when I don't have sleep. Which is most of the time. Which is why I often times appear crazy, unreasonable, or just plain stupid. dry.gif

I've tried like thinking ideas on my iPhone while in bed. Unless I'm legitimately not tired (rare) it doesn't work. It just gives me a headache and puts me to sleep.

My usual writing time is 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. during school breaks (disregarding Fridays, Saturdays and occasionally Thursdays where I'm likely to beuser posted image)

I managed to do 36,000 or so words over my month-long winter break, so it works decent enough. Haven't touched it since school started though.

It's really hard to write with school stuff, so if you can write just a little bit during the year and then bullmoose it during breaks, that can work. It doesn't have to be perfect, either-- editing and tweaking it is easier, so that can always be done after the "shitty first draft" is complete.

Also: Blazer, just shipped your book. I didn't have anything to line the package so I just used my school newspaper tongue.gif. I think I actually have an article in this issue >.>...

How'd you know it was me who ordered it? ohmy.gif

I got it bro, a bit back. Only read a tiny bit but I'm sure one of these days I'll have nothing else to do and I'll read it, haha. (No offense I just rarely take time off to read... last time I actually read an entire book for English class was... never XD)

also that emoticon above is win XD

You can do whatever you want with it tongue.gif. I just appreciate that you bought one!

And I figured it was you because the shipping address was Ohio. I remembered you said you were a Cavaliers fan, so I figured you were from there, haha.

Well, when summer comes around, you could write out all the FE stuff and novelize the story of Tactics Universe.

Probably would make a better read than play anyway(starting to grow out of FE's gameplay.).
