I believe in judgment of humans through their judgment of fiction, for nothing else tells better of their disposition freed from apprehension.

it doesn't seem like you're looking for replies right now, but i feel the need to say a few things anyway. i can't get the quote thing working the way I want it to so everything is just sort of going to be typed out unfortunately.
"what is happiness for human beings?"
this isn't something you should try to answer at all. at least not in a global sense. it's not that Hatoko's answer was missing something, but rather that each person defines happiness in a different way. more than that trying to define what truly makes a person happy is one of the more difficult things you can do. it's like trying to describe an emotion without using synonyms. you just can't do it.
i was actually planning to say more, but most of what i had is gone now. i'll read your post again later to see if i can get some of the thoughts back, but right now i'm busy trying to work my way through the mass of jumbled thoughts and serious crap i hate dealing with that always seem to pop back up whenever i read your more serious posts. unfortunately the way you write is fairly close to how thoughts happen in my head which sets of a bit of an explosion. honestly i'd love to meet you irl so i could pick your brain one day, but i doubt i would enjoy the encounter much. not to mention how unlikely it is to happen anyway.
