Gonna keep this brief.
Stealing sprites is not cool. You clearly stated and acted like they were yours. Which they aren't.
Essentially, you can steal from Nintendo because well, everyone does and we're not hurting them at all by doing so, and you can use things that say that you're allowed to use them. But you can't take someone else's artwork and use it for your own purposes without their explicit permission.
We don't condone such actions here. Whether people agree on this or not, I'm giving a permanent ban to Eliwood for multiple accounts of blatant and knowledgeable sprite theft.
As for Richter... you're in the wrong. You're free to get an explanation from everyone else as long as there's no flaming, vulgar language, personal insults, etc., just keep it cool. I'd explain myself but I'm not in the mood and I'd end up repeating most of what everyone else already said anyway. However, since you're also guilty of using said sprites, even if you didn't know, I'm handing you a 20% warn. If I see anything that would make me think you would intentionally steal something, I won't hesitate to ban you.
