It's called Jcink. It's an edited, enhanced version of IPB v1.3 (Invision Power Board). If you go all the way to the bottom of the page it will show you what I mean. You can get your own Jcink forum at http://ipbservice.jcink.com if you want to.

I had another question. I'm making an FE forum. Do you have any ideas of how I could organize may catagories? (I don't really want to copy yours and make a duplicate FEshrine forum with a different name)

If you want to make your own FE forum, make sure to have thought about a couple of things.
1: will my forum offer something the other forums don't?
2: do I have the means to properly advertise my forum and make it worth visiting?
3: when I get members, how will I continue to enhance my forum to make it worth re-visiting?
If the answers are 'no', 'no' or 'maybe', and 'dunno' are the answers to those three questions respectively, or if you get one of those answers to the question it answers, don't bother making a forum.
