@Fitz: I'm a shitty person, should I not have the right to act accordingly? |
Is being shitty an excuse to disrespecting peers blatantly and openly due to personal reasons no one here honestly cares or has to? Last time I heard it the word for "Uncalled for" wasn't shitty.
I am sorry to say this, but I wouldn't use that word. Why don't you use terms such as immature, childish, silly, rude, apolitical, inconsequential, brutish, among many others. But shitty, I wouldn't recommend personally, broaden your vocabulary next time you look for an adjective for yourself.

Ah yes, and freedom of speech is dead, almost forgot about that one. xD |
"Freedom of speech in the United States is protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and by many state constitutions and state and federal laws. The freedom is not absolute; the Supreme Court of the United States has recognized several categories of speech that are excluded from the freedom of speech, and it has recognized that governments may enact reasonable time, place, or manner restrictions on speech."
From Wikipedia. If you believe freedom of speech is the same as insulting anyone publicly whenever you want in the terms you want just because you want it if you want it and getting away with murder, then I am sorry to say you can't exercise a freedom if you don't understand it's limits. Don't quote on an important mechanism on democracy and basic life in our global society in such a light-headed and absurd way if you don't know how it works. As out of place as advocating hammers as the cure to AIDS.
So if you think it is absolute, read among others this wiki: http://en.wikipedia...._defamation_law
EDIT: Oh and also, Mikki, really sorry to see you going like that. Hope I can get to see you around every now or then at least.
