I don't think so, it's generally easy to tell someone WHY you find something boring.
You could say it's boring because
-Story dosen't go anywhere
-There's nothing to do besides the main gameplay
-Characters have no personality
-Too easy
And much more.
(The things I listed are examples, not what I really think)

I'll admit the story was highly nonsensical. And the combat was broken as heck. But I found it enjoyable enough for a few playthroughs.

I just meant the idea of time compression was Who-esque. Of course Dr.Who was better lol. And as for the ring/GF thing, that's more reason for me to think that Ultimecia is Rinoa.

I remember playing Blitzball on FFX. It was hard, but it was an amazing mini game. I'm actually surprised that they didn't make a spin off of it but with just Blitzball.
