Bravely Default is the best Final Fantasy ever made, in my opinion. S'really good.

Definitely looks good, though not much seems that different from the first game so it's no too high on my priority list.

well, I don't think that's a bad thing. I think the game just looks slightly better in general with more options/things to do. nothing wrong with that, IMO: seems like what a solid sequel should do. It's only the second game, so I think drastically changing the formula at this point would be meh/unnecessary. They should just stick to trying to improve the original, IMO.

Shoot, I also need to finish BD. I think I got to chapter 5, so maybe it won't take too long. Maybe...

Supposedly it gets a bit grindy/dragged out after that, but what would I know...

I need to get back to Bravely Default one of these days, was somewhere around chapter 5 when I stopped playing. lol

Really enjoyed the game and a sequel shouldn't disappoint.

So the game is officially getting localized/coming to the West in 2016!

Janne seems to be Ringabel 2.0 at first glance and I am very okay with this. I'm always all for self-absorbed hammy protagonists. Or antagonists, really. I guess it might be too soon to say.
