And boo @ Damon. Ever since he crossed over to the dark side just for more money I've hated him.

Speaking of crazy, Dice-K hasn't let up any runs yet. He usually lets up about...5 or 6 by now. Maybe he'll actually win for once.

I'm not going to expect no-hit baseball, but it would sure be nice. I'm hoping for at least 7-8 innings because the bullpen has been used a lot lately.

FINALLY things are coming around.
@ Ledah the Marlins are doing extremely well this year. they'd be in first easily if it weren;t for the Phillies. (15-6? Dang.)

So the Red Sox have one 6 of their last 7 (or 5 of their last 6, can't remember) including a 4 game sweep on the Angels this week. FINALLY things are coming around. @ Ledah the Marlins are doing extremely well this year. they'd be in first easily if it weren;t for the Phillies. (15-6? Dang.) |
Every year the Marlins do better than projected and get eliminated from the wild card late in the season it seams.
The A's pitching is freakin nails again. leading the league in ERA and 2nd in WHIP. the team only 500 cuz the O sucks, again

I'm not so sure about last year. Last year, they were more or less mediocre, and probably was projected to win 85-86 games instead of just 80.

It's been a long time since the Twins got one of those. What a way to snap a losing streak.

Dang, the Rangers gotta get back into the groove. Gotta make it back to the post season this year, prove it wasn't just luck. |
i wouldnt even worry about the standings till the all star break. I would be surprised if the Rangers didnt make the post season (this coming from an A's fan)

Liriano got a no-hitter, and Verlander got his 2nd no-hitter.
Looks like this season picked up where the Year of the Pitcher left off.
