So, I guess my preorder isn't coming in until (maybe) Friday. Dang it. That's going to make writing a review for it by Sunday significantly harder XD

Checked Gamestop and Walmart today. Neither has them, but Gamestop said it'll be coming in tomorrow. Yay.
Brother comes back from Vietnam with the 3DS on Monday. Should be a fun week next week.

Pretty sweet how Europe is getting the XL bundle. Maybe it's Nintendo of Europe's way of saying "hey sorry we're so slow"? I was actually going to go buy an XL a couple weeks before Awakening, but then they announced the release of the normal bundle, sooooo...
I'm curious how games look on the XL. I've heard mixed things about it-- some games look stretched, some games look 100x more awesome, etc. I feel like Awakening would look better on the XL, imo. (I prefer bigger screens on just about everything, really.)
Kind of a random thought, but I have a feeling I know why there are three different bundles for the same game out right now (Japan, NA, EU):
There's a law in Japan (or so I think) that you can't bring back a "limited time" item when it sells out, and the Japanese Awakening bundle sold out. They didn't originall plan to sell it outside Japan, but when they did, they had to change it a little bit to not be against the law-- they made the game pre-installed (it did not come pre-installed on the Japanese bundle, IIRC). And to release it in EU they needed to make it different again, so they made it an XL instead of a regular 3DS. Gogo loopholes!
Or I'm just blowing hot air and they felt like releasing it differently everywhere for the sake of making it different. There's always that >.>
