It's interesting how people who don't know Dutch often say "lul" as in "lulz" or something similar, when the Dutch meaning of the term "lul" is an abusive term

Today I learned that no matter how sick you are, you still have to go to places you don't want to, because it turns out that your parents don't really care if you're coughing your lungs out.

Not sick, but my dad's at the hospital... for severe heartburn. Actually, he also has type II Diabetes, so that's why he's still there. Needs to get some tests done, you know.
