Sorry but please no PC games outside of Flash or Steam, haha. I have Steam and Flash games are easy enough but I don't want to get into Kongregate or Origin or independent downloads.
L.I.F.E: Like "No One Has to Die" and "One Chance", this could just as easily be defined as "Interactive art" as a "game", so I'll save you a description and let you form your own opinions.
Loneliness: A game that says volumes about us as humans without a word of text.
Mission in Space: The Lost Colony: *Looks up Rebelstar* Speaking of X-Com-likes, here's one that manages to capture the spirit of X-Com, along with the atmosphere of Aliens. Probably runs past 3 hours, though.

Liking the Farina/Tana mix, the colors contrast very well.
If I was any good with animations I would suggest putting some blur on the back jump and maybe altering the sword's path of motion to not look so much like an Eliwood redraw. Otherwise, it's pretty good.

In photographs. .jpgs are designed to work with photographs, which means they are designed for images on the scale of millions of pixels, and so they screw up when you try to save a few hundred pixels in .jpg format. Long story and probable idiocy short, use .pngs for all your sprites.

First off, rule #1 of spriting is NEVER save you images as .jpgs. If you're not using .pngs, then your spriting life will have may iusues. Essentially, a .jpg tries to make the image look smother and more lifelike, but in the world of spriting, that means it screws up the color scheme and makes everything blurry.
I'm not really qualified to critique animations, but I can say that you have some frame overlap during the reset. Either its overlap or a motion blur that could use a little work.
Not sure how much I can critique, but I can say that the polymorph animation is awesome. If you could turn it into a gif, it would be even more awesome.
