When I used to watch Naruto, I had an odd obsession with Sharingan/Uchiha's so I had to go with Itachi. The puppet dude (Sasori?) is a close second.

Itachi, for not being just another evil dude and also not being part of a "wheee Naruto gets another powerup" arc. Tobi is in second because Tobi, and Zetsu gets third because I never got far enough to know anything about him, which automatically makes him better than the others.

Gotta say Itachi, because he's a boss. Besides, despite how "powerful" all the Akatsuki are supposed to be, a lot of them seem oddly to underachieve. A lot. A whole, whole, lot.
