So, as the title says, does anyone have a good blinking tutorial cuz seph closed his channel (unfortunately) and i kinda need a blinking tutorial. If there is a topic about this already, please point me to it. Arigato.

serious answer:i'm too lazy to bother giving you a tutorial anyway but the general idea is:
half-closed eye frame:move upper half of entire eye down by one pixel (if medium-sized) or 2 pixels (if large) and...find out some other way with eyes that are 2 pixels in height
closed eye frame:redraw the "eyelash" in the opposite direction (vertically) on the bottom or one pixel lower than the original's bottom end, don't include the eyeball(because...yeah) and fill in the part leftover with shading that generally suggests that the eyes beneath the lids are round (that last part isn't really necessary because hardly anyone bothers to notice)
