Man do these games look so good, the game looks to have a really nice RPG style and lovely animations.
I'm always excited by new Pokemon stuff, but this looks fantastic, they finally stepped it up a bit this year by giving the game a major overhaul that it needed. Mega evolutions, a whole host of new pokemon and game mechanics await

Not in the slightest. Metagame kind of screwed up with Generation 5, becoming more about team composition that it was strategy and in battle tactics. I have found myself easily and mindlessly able to stall out people who don't plan for a stall team opponent whereas in Gen 4, they stood a chance at least. Opposite goes on the other end: I don't stand a hope if someone builds an anti-stall team, whereas in Gen 4, I could sometimes work my way back into the game. The addition of Scizor being able to OHKO Jirachis and Metagross with 1 Pursuit is getting into the stupid category.

I am really looking forward to this game. I'm liking the changes they're making like horde battles and catching Pokémon will also give you exp. And the game looks great aesthetically as well.

I hope they put a challenge mode in this game. That would be great. And it would be even greater if they made it available before you beat the game.

I am REALLY not interested in starting a new file over just for Challenge mode. I don't enjoy that. After the game is done I want to screw around in the post-game a little bit and that's about it. >_>;

With the leaks that came out I can say that I am totally getting Froakie. Greninja is boss.
Charizard getting two mega-evolutions is cool, but if the other two starters don't get two as well I will be somewhat pissed. I heard that it is unlikely the other two will which is why I am a bit pissed at it.
