I was wondering how you edit the colors on battle sprites. I looked at Fire Blazers ultimate tutorial, but it didnt make much sense, so I was wondering if Icould get some help.

Basically, what you need is a hex editor and VBA's palette viewer...

I think you can use Tile Layer Pro as well. But I'm not 100% sure with battle sprites.

Actually, there are so many methods... One could even use gameshark for a non-permanent change, I am not joking here. XD
Raw Hex, GBA GE(NLZ-GBA does it too), Some Tile Programs, Usenti... There are so many ways you can pick a favorite, honestly.
For you I recommend the simplest ones. GBA Color Picker, and hex. You need to venture a bit until you master quicker and easier methods.
For you to change a palette, there are more than one guide. Go at the FEU forum -> Game Hacking -> Hacking tutorials. There should be one tutorial easy enough for you. (I recommend Flamemonkey's personaly... That one taught me how.)

The same way blazer tells you, except you need to skip by three
bytes instead of two after every 4 colors in the palette.
