Gonna be hard. The hair is really funky, the picture is small, and there is no colors in there so we can't do anything more than the outline. D: Better picture in color and maybe.

2 things:
1. Zoom in on the face a bit, make it easier to see what exactly you want in the mug.
2. Color it. Otherwise it would be up to the spriter to determine the colors, and personally I'm not very good with colors :x I just steal palettes.
