Anyway, sup, guys/gals? This is Dark Paladin. I guess you can call me whatever.
I've been playing Fire Emblem ever since I got Sacred Stones in maybe... 05? I can't remember, haha. I have Sacred Stones, Radiant Dawn, and Shadow Dragon. I have played Path of Radiance, but that was a rental. ;D
I can't count how many times I have played and beaten Sacred Stones. Too many. I have beaten Radiant Dawn twice. I beat Shadow Dragon once, and I made a walkthrough for the first half (I'm MarthRULEZ on Cheats Guru [I think that's the site...]), but was sorely dissappointed by Shadow Dragon as a whole. Compared to Sacred Stones, no replayability. The map mode on SS was my favorite thing ever.
I'm 13 and I have ADHD, so I'll be spending quite a bit of time in the Spam Board (I hope no one takes that the wrong way) XD but I might check out the maturity board once in a while.

Anyway, this place seems cool. As soon as my weekban on Golden Sun Realm ends ^^;, I'll probably be juggling these two. I use a Kindle to go on the vast majority of the time, so I can be on a lot.

Geez, I use a lot of unofficial smilies.

You should have seen it, we had an epic Falcon Pawnch smiley of one of those yellow smilies doing a falcon punch.
It had to be taken away because of over use.

You need to play Fe 6 and 7 right away so! If yuu loved sacred stones anyway

You haven't lived!!!!!
Yeah, get yourself an emulator and also try FE1-5 for NES and SNES. Those games issue a challenge. Also, if you have time, check out some of the ROM hacks created on this site. For example Tactics Universe(By Blazer) is an awesome hack. And whenever I do more of mine you can try it as well.

I would have used it several times already.

Anyway, I don't have a SNES/NES. The earliest I have is GameBoy Advanced SP. I got every new Nintendo system after that, though.

Seraphin, it was my first FE game, AND I love map mode.
The reason why SD dissappointed me and why I don't play RD all the time.
Tibarn and Ike are my favorite characters ever, but Ross and Ewan were great too.

FE8 is actually a good game. Graphics are decent, good class choices, easy, fun, lots of bonus dungeons (but no sidequests >___>). The plot was lacking and there were some other problems and hardcore FE'ers complained about the difficulty but people tend to overlook the uniqueness of the game, the fact that it had supports (which I just personally consider a plus) and that it had a pretty good soundtrack, at least IMO.

yup 7 is the best!!!!
I've beaten it 3 times, and my brother's beaten it like 17 or something. He's had it since 3rd grade or something. I've got all of the FE's released in the states, as well as a ROM of the 6th one for computer.
